I'm very worried about us operating within U.S. law which is always subject
to change (usually the bad kind). I don't feel an organization dedicated to a
free and open internet would be respected by the U.S. I also fear the U.S.
may start to censor the web many years down the line and if that be the case
where does this leave OpenNIC?

Are there any non-U.S. or non-EU places that have potential?
