According to the e-mail from @Julian De Marchi (Wed, October 14, 2015
2:21 am) it would appear that the voting procedure is actually radically
different from that. Julian explains there that it is now required that
one sign up to an additional account with one's real name. Having joined
the mailing list does not make one eligible to vote.
