Thanks for clarifying the source of the policy but I reviewed opennics policy for tlds and see that there is no 2 letter restriction thus  my motion to review the policy has no premise and is invalid.
So no need for a vote on that issue.

As for .JS I allteady voted in light of opennic's policies.

Not all two letter strings are country codes, but all ISO-3166 country
codes are (and will be) two-letter strings. Reserving two letter TLDs
as ccTLDs is *not* an ICANN policy--it is an IETF policy codified in the
RFCs before ICANN existed.

NO!

No to .js and double NO to deviating from the RFCs on ccTLDs. All
potential ccTLDs should remain reserved.
