To follow this up: the general consensus seems to be that we should vote
_now_ according to OpenNIC's current requirements for new TLDs.

That means the vote can continue and will end one week after my initial email
was sent.

I thought it was worth clearing this up because there was some uncertainty as
to whether it was appropriate to vote at this stage.
