OK, so Piwik gets our personal information, which no doubt disqualifies
OpenNIC from Prism-Break (which is where I first learned about it), but who
gets the ad revenue and referral money from this?
I once dealt with something similar, a local nonprofit who then had a broken
Web site, with a CMS (IIRC Joomla) that had nothing to do with and no effect
on the actual Web site, which was run by a person nobody could get in contact
with anymore, yet had something along the lines of Piwik or Google Analytics
at the bottom of the page which he was still profiting from, and the
nonprofit got nothing out of the deal.
Again, who gets the ad revenue and referral money? Some ghost treasurer for
OpenNIC?
