We already have the IP-based location with uptime measurement on the front
page, don't we? How will select data on the Web site and Wiki be of any use
to Tier 2? You said previously that only you, Jeff, and Fusl, and people you
approve would have access to the entire data, not Tier 2.

I really think this is a really, really bad direction to take the
organization. It's Mozilla aka Google Tax Shelter all over again. In fact
this whole proposal reeks of "Help Mozilla Map The World!" where only Mozilla
and partners like Google have access to collected Wi-Fi device and SSID data.
Goodbye democracy.

You said previously that only some of the data would be available to the
public, while the rest would only be available to "guessing" a small group of
3 people and whoever they approve:
"Some additional data will be available to certain individuals which would
include the anonymized IP addresses and some browser information. Those
individuals would likely just be the maintainers of our various web services:
I'm guessing Fusl, Shdwdrgn (Jeff Taylor), and myself. But anyone who
reasonably requires additional information could be granted access as well."
