I agree. It already exists and has previously gone through the approval
process so I see no need for it to be removed unless it outright
violates the Opennic charter. I do not see an applicable section in the
charter to govern this. Perhaps the charter should be amended or a
separate TLD registrar agreement drafted if you are wanting to be able
to propose removal of a TLD due to it being or seeming to be unused ?
