No, because you can post to them only over their proprietary APIs, but as it 
is a very open and spreaden format there are many services allowing to feed 
RDF/RSS/Atom items into many of the proprietary services you wrote about.

But RDF/RSS/Atom has the advantage that users can directly read / use the 
news source - without the need of any special software or service. 
RDF/RSS/Atom could be readen on any RSS/RDF/Atom compatible reader down to 
proprietary stones like ipods...
