Please, don't try to tell me what I am, or what I am not, may we please
try to stick to the off-topic issue.

If you sign a contract with someone, and in that contract it says the
other party can dictate to you limitations on how you can collect money
and what you can do with your money that you collect, then who has the
authority over the money? It's that simple.
