And after that little diatribe, it occurs to me that the .eq gTLD
doesn't actually exist ATM. (Someone keeps hijacking threads with
new subjects -- please don't do that. Get an MTA that's not
brain-dead please.) So propose a charter and let's get the ball
rolling on this.
