There is an opennic DNS chooser or something, but it doesn't really do
much more than that. I can't remember who wrote it! I think ideally we
would have a an installer that perhaps installed a system service on
windows that would change the dns as time went on as well as installed a
cert like that. Not entirely sure what else we would do with that.
