- I don't have a Windows PC near me to try it right this moment, but
soon. It looks promising.

I am most familiar with NSIS on windows, and could create something
very quickly using that. However, that installer is not
cross-platform, if that's a concern. I'm guessing what we want to do
is:

1. Retrieve a "current" list of T2 servers at time of install
2. Save the current DNS servers in the registry somewhere
3. change DNS settings to use two of those
4. install the CAcert certificate
5. Add an uninstall option

On uninstall, the dns servers are reverted, but the CAcert root cert
is left behind.

If that's what we need, I can put that together pretty quickly.
