Oleg, It's not a bad proposal, it might be where we start, and perhaps move the foundation later, when we're more established and/or experienced in the legal issues of running a foundation. Or just settle for a good canary trap & see what happens....

About establish foundation:

I think, if establish in the US, need to create non-profit
organization, 501(c) tax exempt:

Major advantage - donation to non-profit is tax-deductible.
This is great opportunities to collect donations.
