It appears my post went a bit bonkers, so here is hopefully a working version

Thing is it looks like they don't care, and it's kind of clear from the 
wording they're willing to hijack whatever they want and a big F to the 
community as a whole

To avoid confusion, we'll try not to trip over OpenNIC TLDs. No promises 
there.

The names that we did register will continue to resolve across our network. 
We reserve the right to re-open those name spaces at a time of our choosing.
