Sorry but I didn't read your e-mail clearly enough. So it sounds like I need 
to find out from my ISP what my "DNS IP" is, which I'm assuming is different 
then my server ip. So I will check into that & get back to you if there are 
any further problems.

Uhmm a Tier1 is a server who offer a zone, you are a user who want to put a
domain... the DNS itself just do a response to the petitions...
the thing is, your hosting give you a DNS IP, you need to put it in the
registrar you are using, in this case it's the .free TLD who come from
http://reg.for.free

So, you need to check what values are you using in your hosting...
