The one thing would be cautious about Plone is that it is owned by a
501(c)(3) Foundation which means that it is vulnerable to government
regulation/intervention.

Conceivably, if OpenNIC where to come under attack by a
government/establishment entity, they could whip out 501(c)(3) and since
we are operating under the efforts extended by that Foundation that we
are subject to the same regulation as the foundation itself.

Do we want to, however loosely, associate ourselves with a 501(c)(3)
Foundation?

I'm not shooting down Plone, I'm just pointing this out. Anybody who as
studied a little bit of law or politics knows what I'm talking about.
