1.) Typo3 ist at least a WCMS - but not a CMS (and this not true)

2.) It seems you did not know anything about halfway current Zope / Plone - i
can't see any point here from you why...

No prob, there are several wiki extensions to Plone or even Zope based ones
could be used within the same HTTP / authentication realms as Zope allows a
pluggable / central authentication - i.e. to allow / build single sign on /
log on apps with different backends etc. If you prefer a non Zope wiki you
may
use a single user / auth base for both of them with Zope Pluggable Auth.

Perl is nice too (and i work with i.e. Catalyst in different projects) but
this is - as most other frameworks (in Python, Perl or Ruby) - much higher
level then a oo ready to run CMS.
