this would be nice too as the most important internet projects with slow to 
non inteaction just run plain static HTML ie. created by any very small HTML 
creation framework or even from vi - without any DB or dynamic pages for 
static content.

The main advantage is that this would be reliable on smallest ressources even 
then when it's very urgent (if OpenNIC will get urgent anytime).
