I have sent the code to two members here, and the following link, but 
haven't received any feedback yet, so I'm not sure if that is a good or 
a bad thing.

Anyway, you can see a live testing version at:
http://96.44.164.100/opennic.oz/

It is fully operational except for the back-end processor, so all data 
entered via that system does get put into the demo database, but is not 
actually processed into the actual DNS.
