ok, as I slowly get the hang of using git and github, the latest code 
for MUD4TLD including the TLD manager, WHOIS server and init_tld program 
will be available at:
https://github.com/markerr/opennic-mud4tld

Some documentation will also be uploaded tonight. I highly recommend not 
downloading the code yet until I upload the installation instructions, 
but it is up to you.

Github allows you to download the repository as a ZIP file, so excepting 
two modules, the files are both the program and the source code, so that 
repository will be linked to from the website I have listed previously.

I recommend being familiar with a C compiler if you intend to use and/or 
play around with this. gcc and tcc are supported.
