The domain initialiser is now complete (see it on github). I will be 
putting it into place this afternoon for .OZ. This generates the DNS 
zone of all currently registered domains, and as of 2 minutes ago, now 
fully supports custom nameservers.

The basic scripting to automate 99% of it will be done by tonight. After 
that, the whole package could nearly be considered a TLD-in-a-Box 
toolkit. I will also write a short quick-start tutorial for those 
wanting to run it for themselves with the minimum of fuss.

I am now working on the API to allow remote domain registration and such.
