I put together a new test page today which uses javascript to poll for
server updates.  You will still only see changes every 15 minutes,
however the javascript reloads the T1 and T2 markers without reloading
the entire page.  The advantage to this is that when the information is
refreshed, it does not change your view.  With the previous page, if you
had zoomed in to view a region, when the page reloaded it would reset
your view back to the world map.
