Unfortunately, those flags are barely visible and don't suggest to be
clickable immediately. The idea of flags itself is good, maybe one
should try different (free/open source) representations as shown below.

If that doesn't solve it, one could try triangles/rectangles instead of
circles.

Another thought: would it be possible to add a close icon to that white
window for server information? If one tries to compare dots/servers, it
is sometimes not easy enough to find the right dot to close that window
again.
