I could be wrong, but I can't imagine too many folks wanting to learn about OpenNIC from their mobile device that is most likely incapable of the required configuration.

In any case, my point about mobile users wasn't that they don't browse using a mobile device--rather, my point was that not only can stylesheets handle mobile devices better without the need for a  separate site or special URL, most mobile users run modern software capable that are capable of rendering websites just fine even if they are not optimized for mobile.
