If the author is agreeable, yes.  Although, I might change the image at
the top a tad.  It gives the impression that our purpose is to
circumvent government takedowns or child protection and anti-piracy laws.

A CMS could give us what flexibility we need while giving others who
aren't so great at writing code a chance to pitch in.  Personally, I'm a
fan of Drupal but I don't know what everyone else is familiar with or
already uses.
