If you happen to be within my initial footprint, in 4-6 years I will be able to begin accepting subscriptions and deploying lines to prepaid subscribers.

The first stakeholder meeting to revise network expansion plans and proposed services, ratify policies, bylaws, rules, and such, and decide on worker compensation and wages, elect the executive team and board members, all that good stuff will occur approximately 2-3 years from now, probably in the Fall of 2016.

You can prepay for a month of service and participate in members-only discussions and votes at that time.
Monthy rates, plans, services, network policies and other details will be decided then.
