To play devils advocate here...

DRM in HTML5 might not be _that_ bad. If we don't need a third party app
to watch their content, it is a small win for us.

It could have the potential to open netflix up to linux users?

I'm not for *DRM* at all. What I think though is having it in there is
better then a third party app for DRM...
