In case these folks are unwilling to add OpenNIC to their plugin, I might be 
able to develop one — cyberman is more-or-less stable and v1-complete, so I 
can spend time on other things too now.

I think a browser plugin is a great idea and it would make browsing OpenNIC 
far easier. We also need to consider support for mobile devices.
