Please clarify which server will be the future T1 you provide.

Note: Both "ns1.rus" and "ns2.rus" fail badly in the T1/T2 test tool.

Running a T1 is a formal requirement for a TLD registration.

Also this call for vote lacks basic standards of a democratic vote such
as the period one can vote. (Wich should start in future to give all the
same chance to vote.) The period must be given in a unambiguous way. I
suggest the use of UTC here.


This veto is both my personal response as well as that of Fellig
e.V/FurNIC's. It has been confirmed by our Head of technical department
Mr. Jauernick.
