I vote no. This whole proposal seems very rushed and I haven’t really had a chance to keep up with anything. And if I haven’t kept up with all these discussions I’m willing to guess a more than insignificant portion of the community also has more they’d like answered, since I try to stay up to date and active around here. 

I think we’ve discussed a lot of topics that I don’t believe were fully answered here in a satisfactory way by the owner of this proposal, and I’d like more time to discuss these concerns before approval.
