I vote no, for the general lack of information about OpenNIC and its policies from the proposer. I also think that having any country-like TLD sets a bad precedent for further creation of TLDs (specifically that soon everyone would want every country to have their own TLD). If anything we could have a discussion about perhaps having a single TLD that'd have second-level names for countries and otherwise nothing, and people would then register third-level names.

Overall I feel like while Dmitry has the technical skills to run a TLD I don't think they fully realize the goal of OpenNIC and huw we run. Well at least he interprets it very differently than me.
