you could delegate cyb.a. in the same way you delegate cyb. ... but the real
solution would be gain enough traction to get to the point where we can
actually stand up to ICANN. That's why I think a browser plugin is a good
idea — more users = more power.

That won't happen without some public pressure though, because each wanted
TLD is potential money for ICANN and if OpenNIC is providing a free
alternative they won't make that money.
