I don't feel that enforcing a code of ethics falls in line with the opennic idea. What if they want to create a site against a government? Also nettiquette also says you can't type in all caps are you going to force domains to use a certain writing style? What about forums? Etc

I also very much do not like "non commercial" as it is too vague... can their website have ads?
