Not enough real estate. The two-row format was specifically designed
so that logging and comments could be included.

Not if a server wasn't verified for some reason.

Available to admins. Some T2 operators don't want their contact info
made available to the public.

Neither can I. As long as we accept pseudonyms, this will always be
an issue. Since I have no way of verifying the true identity of any
T2 operator, it's a moot point. Possibly one day I might get around
to implementing the "web of trust" idea in which T2's are ranked in
trustworthiness based upon their GPG key's "distance" from a known
anchor point (such as a digital signature from one or more admins).
Until then, this is the best we have.
