First thing, a new thread (should it be needed).

Not so much a problem but ideas that have surfaced about 'meeting up' in
different ways that may help forward the group.

I personally like the idea of online meetings that offer more and/or an
alternative to mailing lists and I.R.C. they could be exciting in a way
that would promote innovation.

> 2.) Effective: Does this proposed action address the problem?

Time will tell, but it seems like we have some ideas to go with.

> 3.) Proportional: Does this solution cause additional, or worse, problems?

As we're not addressing a problem but an idea, I don't see an answer is
needed here.
