Regarding part of this discussion, I have done some updates to the code the last couple days. There is now a module fully in place to perform the calculation (whatever we determine that to be) for whether a person can add any more servers. If you are not allowed to (the 5% rule is still currently in place), you will not see the 'add new server' button. Eventually I plan to put something in its place showing what your current limit is, but for now, I'm putting more time into actual code rather than making things look nice.

The other change is there's now a parameter in place for flagging sponsored servers. Currently the sponsored servers do NOT count against your 5% maximum. If you scroll down the list, you will see I have marked three of Fusl's servers as sponsored (icon next to the hostname), and if you hover your mouse over the icon it will tell you who the sponsor is.
