I think this is the best method. We don't exactly want to discourage
people from running servers, and if someone wants to go through the
master list and pick 4 servers from the same person, then it's their
fault when they all go down at once.

Why not change up the logic on the closest server page to make sure
that the get at least 3 different operators listed? That way as long
as people pick their servers from that page, no one will run into this
issue.
