Thanks again for your replies.

I understand that charging fees for domain registration isn't against 
OpenNIC policies per se. This seem also confirmed by the simple fact 
that one has to pay a fee to register a .bit or .lib domain.
Nevertheless I understand your considerations and our charter shall 
ensure that domain (name registration system) is open, fair and 
censorship resistant. Rest assured Ole, I am not dreaming to become 
millionaire with this project...

Regarding New Nations: it doesn't suit our need as we will run our own 
servers.

Regarding peering OpenNIC and Liberland: it is indeed not requiered for 
our project (we could run our servers without peering OpenNIC) but I 
believe that it could be beneficial for both OpenNIC and Liberland to 
peer.
