Only the TLD's should be in the root servers. Any individual domains
registered under the TLD would be on their respective authoritative server.
For instance thngs should be setup more like ICANN as per the DNS RFC's.
ROOT_SERVER (Provides referrals to the TLD's Auth Server's)

DOMAIN AUTH SERVER (Provides responses for the domain and subdomains)

In short domain names do not belong on T1 servers. Only TLD's belong on
these.
