Should 'these things' not be understood via common sense?
Without need for pages and pages of words that obfuscate perception of
the 'bigger picture'?

How would a body with no legal structure be a part of any court
proceedings as such?

Studying the assignment of legal definition to actual, real-world
phenomenon, such as this bond of people running a functional alternative
dns system, is the job of lawyers, so what does that matter here ?

As far as I know, OpenNIC does not require any payment and offers a
free-for-all public benefit service.

This is not fascism, we can still go out and gather peacefully and do
good for free and fun, without having to conform to a binding legal
structure.
