Well, on eBay it's different color stars that change color with more
transactions + more positive feedback, and then when you exceed some
threshold of consistent good performance, you get a little sort of
gold medal beside your star, I'm not saying to do exactly that, but
yeah something like that perhaps.

I think this is a good idea, always a good idea to constructively apply game theory to something less interesting like server uptime.
